I recieved a speeding ticket a month ago, and was going to send out the payment last week. I looked on the front of the ticket... no address or telephone number on the ticket. I looked on the back and guess what? Still no telephone number or address! I called 411 and gave them the county and asked for the telephone number of the courthouse, and they had none for that county! They gave me the number for the neighboring city courthouse, but they have no record of my ticket. Unfortunately, where I got pulled over was about 2 hours away from my house. I was pulled over by the Tennessee State Highway patrol. I contacted the THP, and they had no number for the courthouse (even sort of implying that they were NOT ';information';. What can I do? I do not want to have my license revoked over this. That will cost me an extra $300 if it is! Any leagal advice? Am I possibly exempt from the ticket (I know if the officer does not sign it, the ticket will not stand)? Where do I go from here in this strange situation? Thanks in advance for all the advice!Need legal advice. Got a speeding ticket but there is no address or numbe do I do?r... what?
Visit this website and you'll never pay for a ticket again. You will be able to download information on how to get out of a ticket, not get points on your record and avoid your insurance cost. What its offering you will cost $39.95 (shipping and handling included), but compared to what you pay for a ticket plus insurance cost...it is worth it. I got two speeding tickets this year and was able to get out of both of them by using this information. Let me know if you have any questions.Need legal advice. You need to go back to the area where you got the ticket and go to the nearest court house to that location. Take the ticket to the traffic division and have them look it up. This is the only way you can handle this to be sure it does not escalate or end up as a failure to appear warrant.
Look for the officer that gave you the ticket in the surrounding police stations.
