i recieved the depo shot without being given the pregnancy test, soon to find out i was a couple weeks pregnant, everyone is telling me that my doctor by law had to given me the test. Reason i recieved the test while being pregnant it wouldve caused severe birth defects, i had no choice.Depo shot-legal advice?
Yes, your doctor should have given you a pregnancy test before shooting you up. Prior to my injection I had the copper IUD for 6 years so she didn't require a test but still watied until my next period came on to give me the shot (i kept the IUD)

You have no legal recourse, as you suffered no harm. However, I would contact your state's doctor oversight board and report this.
