Today my friends and i went quad riding and we were gona go paintballing (im 16) i had 2 friends behind me and they shot a house some guy saw my friends cut us off and got out of the truck took my paintball gun and beat the **** outa me with it. I think he broke something in my shoulder. He then proceded to steal my gun and tell me to leave he was atleast 36 what can i do to handle thisPlease Help LEGAL advice?
call the police if your under age he will be arrested for striking a minor you might get a fine for shooting the house but he will use the (I THOUGHT IT WAS A REAL GUN) defense but if you honestly did not point the gun at him or mean to shoot the house you can win but only if your in the right they will ask your friends what happened but as long as you have the same story you can sue him for medical billsPlease Help LEGAL advice?
