Custody. Craziness. Legal Advice.--ANY ADVICE IM SO STRESSED?

Where do I start. I was staying with a young lady. Not dating, just sharing an apt. We had sex and I supposedly knocked her up. She told me the E.R sent her home with pre-natal vitamins and were the ones that told her she was 'carrying'.





She got mad at me and kicked me out. She started sending me messages saying ';You'll never see your kid *#!@#';. As well as told alot of acquaintances/friends horrible stuff about me that isn't true.





She has two kids, one staysat her parents. She receives Government benefits for both these kids. One obviously illegally. Her Govt. provided apt is occupied by a bunch of losers that aren't on the lease or related to her or her kid. If you said 'white trash' you are correct..I was lonely :(





I get a text from her cousin last night ';She had a miscarriage don't contact us';





I have a good job and will have a house, is custody a good option? With no proof I'm the dad, can I make her send me proof on the miscarriage?Custody. Craziness. Legal Advice.--ANY ADVICE IM SO STRESSED?
IMHO that if she felt ';strange'; enough to go the ER for a Pregnancy test and has documentation then she defiantly would have went to the ER for miscarriage as there is cramping and blood even for a very early term miscarriages. So she should be able to prove when she was seen for the miscarriage.


IF she did not have a miscarriage...Start documenting everything, people she lives with, conditions, and when and if you find out before the baby is born you can consult an Attorney to have DNA testing done at birth from the Umbilical cord so it is not traumatic as some hospitals are testing umbilical blood for other conditions. You will know and be able to have things set from the true beginning. It will be an uphill battle as most states like children to be with their mothers in the early years. I would only advise you to follow the suggestion from the cousin. However, if you must know, contact the E.R. They may have some info. about a possible ';miscarriage'; or if she is seeking prenatal care. If she did ';miscar.'; count your blessings and be glad that she isn't bringing another child into a world of a dysfunctional mother. Don't beat yourself up over this either. (%26amp; People wonder why reputable on line dating services are in business).
Proof as in the dead fetus or blood? I don't know if she saved it. If she is still pregnant and just lying to you, then, given the way you have described her character, she will probably eventually sue you for child support. At this point, get a paternity test and file for joint custody, she can't deny you that. And in the future, be smarter. Just because you desperately have to get laid doesn't mean you need to completely lower your standards.





**Yes obviously I know that, if she was in the early stages of pregnancy, maybe she didn't see a doctor so there would be no medical proof and if she did doctors and hospitals cannot release patient info without consent, not even to the patient's family, so there!
