My fiance is a student in UK, he just renewed his student visa and we decided to get married after he gets his visa, I would like to know if it is possible for him to become a legal citizen of UK after we get married becuase I am a british citizen. Is it possible for him to live here with me after we get married?! can he change his status in order to be able to work full time?Legal advice on how to get married to a foreigner currently stayin in UK?

yes it is possible for him to get the UK passport. once you get married he need to apply for spouse visa. Once he gets a spouse visa he will be able to work full time as then he no longer is a student. You should have done register marriage before he renewed his student visa as now he will have to pay again to change his status.
Then after 2 or i think 3 years he can apply for UK citizenship.
