hi i'm 15


this guy was messing with two of my friends so my other friend and i smeared two cupcakes on his car


at the time i didnt know that sugar could ruin the paint.


so now i have a suspension


i wont know till monday if he is pressing charges


what would happen to me if he did?


they said he wont know if it is damaged till monday cause he has to wait till the weekend when it warms up to wash it so the locks dont freeze


there was only like 1 sq foot or less of affected area so i offered to just wipe it with a paper towel to examine for damage immeadiatly cause it didnt necessitate a whole car wash!


i guess he had already left


please help me


the deans told me i could have felony and go to jail for 1-3 years. that seems ridiculous.


PLEASE HELP ME

also i have no record of any bad behaivor at ALL

For messing with two of your friends, you are now being charged possibly with vandalism, or destruction of personal property, or property damage.





You have a suspension so have you learned anything?


Won't know till monday if it is damaged/ If he lets it sit on the car, then he is negligent in a tort act fo not trying to remedy the situation.


The locks will freeze weather it is washed or not if it is cold enough(32 degrees and lower?


This week you have had weather that would warrant washing a car off in 40 degree weather especially if the reason was so the paint would not be harmed.


Sugar will not deteriorate paint since most paints since 1988 have a polymer sealant or protective coating over them.

You live in Illinois ? Isn`t there a public official you can bribe ?
the dean was probably putting a scare into you but now you know that doing this childish stunt could cost you money and embarrassment~
If it ruined the paint you'll be paying to have the whole car repainted.
