Legal advice for me/my son, ex's boyfriend possibly hitting/abusing my son?

During the past month and a half my son has constantly been telling my ex's boyfriend spanks him all the time he'll say his name and say ';spanks me all the time';. now it has gone from him saying that to ';hit me in my face, throw me on the bed, throw me on the couch, he's scary, he scares me daddy'; I want to protect my son from this if this is happening! All I know is my ex told me our son is with her boyfriend while she works and goes to school! I have no photos or evidence just from what my son keeps telling me, I don't even prompt him for questions he will just tell me and then he gets scared and hugs me a lot and hides his face from me. What can I do? My ex and I no longer have joint physical custody because she didn't show up for court to finalize our divorce so everything got thrown out by the judge. Our custody order was every tuesday 6pm, tomorrow she is coming to get him at 6 but I don't want her to I'm afraid and fear something might happen to my son sooner or later. I am told to call child protection services but also heard they wont do anything unless I have physical evidence. All I have is from what my child tells me!

Is there any way I can get a protection order to keep my son until I get a new attorney? Does anyone have any advice I can do legally to keep my son with me and protect him? I can't afford an attorney for about a month or so maybe a month and a half. I've noticed for the past few months my sons attitude has really changed, not because he is a toddler, but I was told by my ex that her boyfriend taught my son how to ';box'; now all my child wants to do is punch people all the time and fight. He is violent and out of control and it's just irritating that I constantly have to discipline my child because of what he's learning around his mother and her boyfriend. That's where my child gets his bad mouth from too. My ex's little sister said ';Bye *****!'; to my son, and I got pissed off at her and my ex and yelled at them, then my son said ';*****'; and my ex, her boyfriend, and my ex's mom all yelled at my son for saying a bad word. I'm sick of this and want to stop it now.

I need legal advice. What should I do to keep my son from them until I can get an attorney and fight this battle our previous custody order my ex violated the agreement by living with her boyfriend, she currently resides in another state 150 miles from me (though she doesn't know that i figured that out) she is so unstable constantly wanting to change our visitations, she's unfair when it comes to our son she always wants to do things her way or no way and I am tired of it!Legal advice for me/my son, ex's boyfriend possibly hitting/abusing my son?
Ask the court for a ';guardian ad litem'; to be appointed for your child to represent the child's best interest and ask that a counselor be appointed to examine your child and see how the current custody arrangement is affecting him.

By the way, kids can lie about abuse...I would be suspicious if he complained time after time and there were NO signs of violence (marks, scratches, bruises) on his face and/or body.

Good luck! Oh and make sure you have the best lawyer you can afford...and if you are up to it, you should file for full custody for yourself! Your ex shouldn't be depending upon a boyfriend to babysit your child!Legal advice for me/my son, ex's boyfriend possibly hitting/abusing my son?
Legal advice for me/my son,

ANY answer you get on YA is, by definition, NOT legal advice. If you want legal advice, you have to contact an attorney.
leave him, he is a loser
