Legal advice on delivery?

I live in the of state Florida and on July 25, 2008 I delivered my daughter naturally. She weighed in at 9lbs 14.4 oz. I am a small framed girl and 5'0 foot nothing. Needless to say she ripped me open and tore my sphincter muscle. For almost and hour I laid there will I was being stitched up inside and out. Now since this if I feel that I have to go number 2 i need to get to a rest immediately or I will mess my pants. Do I have a legal suit or no. Thanks for readingLegal advice on delivery?
Probably not. Tearing is a common complication of vaginal birth of which I'm sure your doctor made you aware. You could only have a suit if your doctor did something that differed from the regularly accepted standard of care, which does not sound like it is the case.Legal advice on delivery?
Um, no. Childbirth is sometimes pretty brutal on the innards. The doctors cannot always prevent this. If you are still having problems, you might need corrective surgery. Talk to your GYN.
