Okay well my boyfriend is facing charges of Reckless Endangerment in the 1st degree for ny state. I heard it could get dropped because he didnt commit the crime and there is no proof saying he commited the crime. but the only bad thing is he has a record. i just need to know what you think might happen.I Need Legal Advice!!!!?

It depends on the jury, if hes going to get tried in the court and they are assholes they could convict him.
But i seriously doubt that, the court systems are getting better about judging the people, and you say there is no proof... But ...
the police officer who got him in there could be a complete... asshole..and.. it all depends on how the people are, and if the judge isnt an idiot.
Better consult a criminal law-er
