I need some Legal advice...?

My truck got stolen and the police said I wrecked it and stole it. I had many items in my truck including cash witch they wont release to me. What are my rights and how do I get my things back.I need some Legal advice...?
Not sure how you can be accused of stealing a truck that was legally yours? Are they accusing you of insurance fraud?





If you are being charged with a crime, they will not release the evidence until the case is resolved.





If there are no charges, see a lawyer to help you get your items released.I need some Legal advice...?
