If an executrix has left out a beneficiary to estate because she does not like him is she responsible for the attorney fees i have paid just to get my inheritance??Legal advice please!!?
The executrix is responsible to pay tax and debt for the estate. It is by law that an executrix follows the provision of the will. If a certain person is listed in the will, the executrix cannot this person out. For attorney fees, involving legal matters, it is your own responsibility.Legal advice please!!?
no unless you can prove without a shadow of a doubt that he or you were intiled to it through the will and the attorney did not disclose this information then you can civily sue for damages, lost wages as well as fees and mental anguish.......skipper
If an executrix left out a beneficiary to an estate, this could and can get ugly and be expensive due to the legal ramifications of ';not liking someone'; and as the executrix, intentionally leaving them out. Where is the Surrogate's Court in this regard and/or the attorney that drew up the will? Where exactly are you in this equation? God Bless.
if they left someone out then they did not want that person to have anything and if that person contest the will then they have to pay
Now..now..dear,what were you actually trying to ask?
oh my goodness you poor thing how much did you lose beside a relative
