Legal advice?

one of my mates was arrested for driving drunk and dangerous driving (coz we were roof surfing) a couple of months ago and the court date is coming up.


she was told that if she named all the people who were roof surfing she would lose the dangerous driving charge.


i was roof surfing, so i was named (whatever happened to not ratting out your mates?) and i was wondering if i would get in trouble.


i have a shoplifting caution. (meaning they just told me not to do it again)


so what i was wondering is:


is the shoplifting caution going to affect this?


am i going to get in trouble for the roof surfing?Legal advice?
haha no. dats only if you are cought shopliftin again. dey wont bring it up, unless your on acd, witch means you cant get introble in a certian time period. witch i high dbout your on dat. get ready to do community service. good luck =]Legal advice?
They COULD choose to mention it. Since they are both juvenile crimes it could be brought up when they are deciding your punishment. But then again, they might ignore it and if you act like a little angel and say you know what you did was wrong, you'll never do it again and you feel stupid you might get away with a little less.
the worst case scenario is that people could tell the law and you not tellin the court youre guilty
