a man that i feel in love with had been living with me for a year. i come to find out he had left another woman for me. 2 months ago he was in a truck accident and has been in a coma until 2 weeks ago he was crushed from the waist down. the ex went a go custodial care of him and no one is aloud to see him unless she says so and i have not been aloud to see him at all he has a tube in his thoat so he cannot talk and is still icu so he so does not have a phone. how legally could she do this inless she lied and said that he was still living with her. she came to my house a week after the accident i had been in the hosipital with him all week and had a custosidy order to take all of his stuff out of my house. then she had his car towed from my driveway without my permisssion. what are my legal rights i can prove that he has lived with me for a year and i think she lied. now she wants to take me to court and claim i have some things i do not have. i need help thanksI am looking for legal advice,?

Sounds like she has documentation that he %26amp; she are married.
She could only have custodial care if they are still married and it would not matter where he was living at the time or prior to the accident. The only thing you can hope for is his recovery to the point that he can make his wishes known. legally you would be wasting your money if you hired a lawyer unless you can prove they are not married.
