I need legal advice!!!! Best answer?

Ok I got kick out of my house and im 17, and i have to stay at my friends house and my parents wont let me have any of my personal items IE: xbox 360, clothing, and other thing i bought with my own money. So is there anything i can do to get it back? Im not going to breaking in, or anything else along those lines.I need legal advice!!!! Best answer?

As you are not yet legally an adult, your parents are responsible for you. It is against the law for them to kick you out, but legally, they control everything that you bought, and they are not legally yours. You cannot do anything to get them back.





You cannot join the navy until you're 18...
What I would do if I were you is...





Learn to play the guitar (the real thing, not Guitar Hero) and get outside sometimes and ride a bicycle, and become a man.





A real man does not sit around and waste his days and nights playing video games, and you can always turn the pair of underwear you're wearing inside out to get a few more days out of it...





Furthermore, maybe you should come to the conclusion that I did long ago that your parents fall under the category of ';kiss their rosy oz'; because (right or wrong) they have the power to make your life miserable...





Only a fool smarts off to a Highway Patrol Cop, and only a fool can't suck it up enough to get along with his parents until he's 18, and then he can do whatever the heck he wants...





Even if your parents really bite the big one when it comes to parenting, if you're so smart, you'd have realized long ago that what matters is you ';appearing'; well-behaved to them (whether or not you are) and avoid at all costs pizzing them off enough that they would feel the need to kick you out...





If you're mature enough to buy your own things, you're mature enough to ';get along'; with your parents, even if they're bums...
if you bought it with your money its your possesions so u can charge ur parents for not giving it back like theft or something
Unless you can prove that you actually purchased those items, they are stuck inside your parents home. You could probably sue them in court, but thats a sad day...
They can't even kick you out, you're a minor. Go to the police. They have to legally provide for you until you're 18 unless you emancipate yourself.
