I need legal advice asap?

Tracey you should have gone back to the Police as soon as the intimidation started. You will have to appear in Court tomorrow. As soon as you arrive go into then Witness Room. There, tell one of the Ushers what has happened. They will tell the Police . The Police will tell the CPS. Other side will be consulted. Judge told and he / she will take it from there. Thing is to get to Court the CPS have made that decision. When you signed your Witness Statement you signed it in the knowledge that you were willing to give evidence in Court. If you don't then the Judge issues a Bench Warrant. That is where you are now.

Look, call the local nick now. Tell them what's happened see what they say. But, you know what.

Sometimes we need to stand up to someone else. Good Luck.I need legal advice asap?

Call a lawyer ASAP.

Suck it up and go to court. Witness that refuse to go are the worst part of the legal system.
You might want to give us a few more details, like what sort of advice you need, where you live, etc.

Thanks for adding the information, I would go ahead and go to court and be a witness, despite the threats. I would inform the authorities about them. If you don't stand up for yourselves now, you will just get more trouble in the future. I'm still not sure where you live, some people seem to think you live in the UK but I didn't see anything in your profile to establish that, and I'm an attorney in the US.

Good luck to you, stay safe. If you need to, contact the police before your hearing.

Details; or pick up the phone book and talk to Legal Aid; or to an atty willing to do a free consult.
You will have to appear or the Court will issue a warrant against you . You should have consulted a solicitor before you dropped any charges.
There are legal aide societies in just about every Town...Good luck. If not, google the ABA and see if they can put you in touch with help. ( American Bar Association). Also your state should have a law bar association - they should be of help
