google fathers rights groups
there are numerous groups that will assist you in this. you can also contact the state bar association to locate a local legal aid office.Legal advice needed..?
Go to your phone book. Call your local (usually county) bar association. Ask them for their ';Attorney Referral Service';. Tell them what kind of matter you have (custody). Ask for the names of attorneys that may help you. Also ask for the phone number of Legal Aid.
When you call these law office(s), #1 first thing is to ask for the attorney, and talk to the ATTORNEY about your fee. Discuss your finnances right up front. Plus most attorneys that handle these types of matters will take payments, but you have to be up front with them first.
Meanwhile, another good thing you can do is to keep a journal. Write down everything that happens regarding the custody matter (when your wife calls, etc.). Keep the entries free of emotion - just write down what happens. Most judges will accept a journal/diary as evidence - if you just talk about an event, it may be just regarded as hearsay. Take pictures of you doing things with your daughters - keep a photo album - this can be good evidence also.
Good luck.
(I am not an attorney. The previous answer is based on my knowledge, information, and beliefs.)
Your only real option is legal aid.
