Legal Advice: What is best option if a Bank sends legal notice to appear in court for non repayment of loan?
When you took out the loan you entered into a contract with the bank. They agreed to lend you the money and you agreed to pay it back when it was due. They have kept their side of the deal, you have not kept your side of it.
This is not legal assault or blackmail. You say that you don't trust banks. If you are not willing to pay back the loan then in future the bank will have good reason not to trust you.
Get in touch with them and ask to renegotiate the deal, they don't want to take it to court any more than you do, banks only do this as a last resort.Legal Advice: What is best option if a Bank sends legal notice to appear in court for non repayment of loan?
best bet is file bankruptcy, you can save allot of your assets and it gets the bank off your back, it will even kill you having to go to court if filed before the court date
If you let this go to court, they will relieve you of many of your assets.
Why are Punjabi and hindus so dirty
i hear you guys drink your own urine.....eeeeeewwwww
Legal blackmailing? Legal assault?
Listen buddy, you took out the loan, now the bank is looking to get it back. You don't trust the bank, you don't trust the courts, you don't trust lawyers. You need to get rid of the bias, get a suit on and go to court to settle it.
The bank just wants their money back and if you're not a psycho jerk about it, they'll most likely attempt to restructure a deal that will allow you to pay back the loan and keep your stuff. A second job would also help, one that doesn't pay in ';assets'; but pays in ';cash';
Man,I admire your gall.Having taken a loan under obviously false pretenses and promises to repay, you now have the temerity to call the bank a blackmailer. To top it all you have the cheek to call the bank's
recovery proceedings as Legal assault.Guys like you should be shown no mercy. If you don't answer the summons to appear in court, the matter will be decided ex-parte( surely against you)%26amp; a decree passed
attaching all your properties. If the bank also proceeds to file cheating charges against you under Sec.420 you will also be awarded sentence
of rigorous imprisonment.,which you fully deserve. If the bank gets hold of this question you have posed here, then you don't need to mount, nor
have any defense.Your intentions are so clear that the Judge will not even have to retire to his chambers. The verdict will be announced as
soon as the arguments close. You can focus away to your heart's content on your business(both art and how to carry out the next scam
against another bank)but you would be well advised to keep a lookout behind you because the bailiff will be dogging your footsteps for sure.
And also the Bank's skip tracers and collection agents.Have a Nice Day.
You need to go to court. It's not an assault, you borrowed money, plain and simple, so I also don't understand how you can say you don't trust banks if you borrowed the money from them in the first place. It's also not black mail. A loan is a civil matter, so no, you will not go to jail, but you can lose your assets. You need to go to court so they know what is going on, who's to say they won't work something out with you? As you said, the country is in recession, they know that too. Contact your attorney.
