If there is an illegal woman using her child to get more child support from her baby's dad can we call the INS on her??? Or what are other options that the Baby's father can count on??? Please Help!!!I Need Some Legal Advice!!!?
Is she on welfare and getting child support under the table ? then yes she is breaking the law. He should be paying the money directly to child support enforcement, if he isn't then he needs to keep a record of all money he has given her....never give cash because he can't prove how much he gave...Support enforcement won't listen to any thing but documented proof....He will have to pay for all the months he has no receipts from...giving cash is leaving him unprotected....Only pay with money order or check and always write on it what it's for....If it's a money order write what it's for and photocopy it before you give it to her....good luckI Need Some Legal Advice!!!?
You could report her a** but that takes forever tell the baby daddy that if he files for over night visitation he wouldnt have to pay the full amount of child support. Instead of 18% of his gross wages he would pay like 14%. Trust me it works
