Does anyone know of a place in Mass., US (western) and or CT (Hartford area) that one can get free legal advice or services? My boyfriend is trying to retain full custody of his son and it is a burden financially. As a single dad in the state of Mass. where women seem to be the priority it's extremely difficult for him to find aid for single dads. The lawyers fees are sucking him dry right now.
Thanks for any help you can give. I wish I could do more for him from where I am but if anyone can give us some suggestions that would be terrific!Free legal advice in Mass.?
The American Bar Association charges fees to all lawyers for the purpose of low income legal funding. Ask your state's ABA for direction...because such a thing should exist according to their profits. I think it is called ';legal aid';
