MTNL charged me Rs.6000 for my broad band. Want legal advice.?

I got installed TriB eco plan this month.


The plan says 400MB per month free and after that Re.1 per Mb


I asked the person who came to install the modem that if there is any rebate in night use. He told me that '; 11 pm to 6 am is FREE';.


Then i asked wether my 400 MB will be reduced if i use the net after 11 pm? He said';no, it is free';.


Now, the MTNL officials are saying that night use is not free in my plan and I will have to pay Rs. 6000.


please help me because this is not my fault as I only believed the MTNL official.MTNL charged me Rs.6000 for my broad band. Want legal advice.?
Go to a lawyer and sraight away file a suit against MTNL. That is the only way you can succeed and resolve this issue. You will win easily because there are packages where broad band unlimited is offered at throw way Rs900/- things like that.





So do not worry MtNl will be screwd right royally. Do you know Airtell charged me Rs32,000/- I sent a legal notice then they adjusted it as credit. So head to a lawyer and get things solved.MTNL charged me Rs.6000 for my broad band. Want legal advice.?
first of all immediate surrender MTNL broadband and take Tata VSNL unlimited plans as I have. MTNL was never reliable in any manner. U ask them for the detail of ur usage.
