Legal advice/Opinions REALLY wanted... Check this out...?

6 possibly 7 years ago I was sent to an oral surgeon to have all 4 of my third molars removed (wisdom teeth). They put me under, after the surgery I asked for the removed teeth but was told that they had broke during removal, I healed semi fast...No MAJ0R pain like others people say they had. Fast f award to now. I started having irritation...to the point ...the wisdoms popped back in, they was never removed so now im having major teeth, jaw issues and infection because of this. The teeth were never removed and on both sides of the front it seems to of been broke at one point. And re breaking now from the odd position its in. As if he just broke it and shoved my jaw back, who knows. I'm thinking statue limitations may be up. I talked wit a few loyors, ones considering it if I bring XRAYS etc, the other two denied me.

I'd like to bring this *** down for fraud, negligence, malpractice...Everything I can. (legal wise lol).

Opinions, advice anyone?Legal advice/Opinions REALLY wanted... Check this out...?
Warning! Opinion only.

If a ';few'; lawyers have refused your case, it is because they do not think your case is 1) winable or 2) minimumal income to them if you do win. Medical malpractice is extremely difficult to prove and the costs for the lawyers are enormous. That is why most of these cases include 100s or 1000s of clients.

I've been through this and finally had to suck it up and move on. Hated being taken, tricked, misled, etc. but put it in my 'life book' as ';just another s***y experience to learn from.';
